There are about as many different ways to cook pickled squash as there are cucumber recipes. Today I will tell you how to make them very crispy, but at the same time do without sterilization. The recipe is not only delicious, but also convenient.

Ingredients

  • Patisson (small) – 1.2 kg
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Vinegar - 4 tbsp.l .
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Water - 1 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the squash and boil for about 7 minutes in boiling water.

Put them in clean jars with garlic. You can add dill, leaves, chili or something else.

Boil a liter of water with sugar, salt and vinegar.

Pour the squash, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Drain the marinade, boil it again and pour the squash.

Roll up the jars for the winter.
