Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 1 kg
  • Carrots - 1 kg
  • Onion - 300 g
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Vinegar - 40 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the carrots and chop the onion, and fry a little in oil until soft.

Add the diced zucchini, and simmer for 30-40 minutes under the lid, stirring occasionally.

Put the vegetables through a meat grinder.

Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, boil the caviar for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
