Ingredients
- Apples - 700 g
- Black Currant - 700 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples. Put it through a meat grinder.
Chop the currant in the same way.
Add sugar, bring to a boil and boil the jam for about half an hour on low heat.
5 minutes before the end, add citric acid.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
