- Cherry - 450 gr
- Sugar - 80 gr
- Corn starch - 20 gr
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cooking confiture in a saucepan. Before starting, prepare the cherry for use. Rinse the berries well and separate them from the seeds.
Put the berries on the fire, heat up a little, add sugar and starch. Mix well.
Cook the cherries for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir constantly. When the jam thickens, remove it from the heat and put it in jars.
It is not necessary to sterilize the jars. Store the jam in the refrigerator.
