- Plums - 1,5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg

Wash the plums, divide into halves and remove the bones.
Place the plums in a cooking pot and cook over low heat until soft (about 15 minutes).
Rub the softened plums through a sieve to get rid of the skin.
Put the plum puree back into the cooking pot, add sugar, bring to a boil and boil over low heat to the desired density (1-1.5 hours). Do not forget to stir occasionally and remove the resulting foam.
Pour boiling jam into pre-sterilized jars, immediately seal tightly and cool. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
