Ingredients
- Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the currants with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Rub through a sieve, bring the jelly to a boil again and pour into sterilized jars.
