Everything is fine in ordinary apricot jam, except that it is already terribly boring. So I decided to add a little variety to the usual recipe. It turned out very tasty and interesting. Children are especially delighted!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the apricots, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into slices.
Cover the apricots with sugar and leave for 2 hours, and then add the peeled almonds to them.
Cook the jam on low heat for half an hour, stirring, and then let it cool completely.
Boil it again in the same way, and immediately roll it hot into sterilized jars.
