Many do not dare to cook caviar from fresh cucumbers and completely in vain. This is an incredibly delicious snack that can be served with any dish. To save your budget, use overgrown cucumbers. Usually they are sold for mere pennies.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, peeled bell peppers and onions. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Fry onions and carrots in oil for 5 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Add tomatoes, cucumbers, sugar and salt. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add ground pepper, garlic passed through the press, chopped dill and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar and turn off the heat after 1 minute.

Put the hot caviar in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
