Salted watermelons in jars without sterilization

On the one hand, salted watermelons are a very unusual snack. On the other hand, it is fantastically easy to prepare, and you can easily do without even sterilization. I recommend rolling them in ordinary three-liter jars, like any vegetables and compotes.
Ingredients
- Watermelon - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Carnation - 2 buds
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the sliced watermelon and all the additives in a clean jar.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.
Drain this water and boil it again with sugar, salt and vinegar.
Pour the watermelon again and roll up the jar.
