- Gelatin - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the berries, rinse under running water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Pour raspberries, red currants and sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Cover with a lid and set aside for 1 hour.
Put a saucepan with berries on a slow fire and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the stove, cool and wipe through a sieve.
Fill the gelatin with water and leave it to swell for 10 minutes.
Put the berry puree on low heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in the gelatin blank, mix and immediately put it into sterilized jars. Roll up and after cooling, transfer to a cool place for storage
