- Carp (cleared) – 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomato sauce - 800 ml
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Cumin - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Parsley root - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carp into pieces and mix with salt.
Chop the onion and fry in oil until golden.
Put bay leaves, garlic and slices of parsley root on the bottom of the jars.
Mix onion, tomato sauce and all other spices with sugar.
Put carp and sauce in the jars in layers.
Sterilize the jars for 25 minutes in boiling water and roll them up for the winter.
