Korean cucumbers with bell pepper for winter

One of the brightest ways in every sense to prepare cucumbers for the winter is to make them in Korean. In addition to aromatic spices, I really like to add Bulgarian pepper. It gives not only taste, but also color, which makes the snack even more appetizing.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 300 g
- Carrots - 250 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 25 g
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 15 g
- Vinegar - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into strips or thin slices. Grate the carrots on a Korean grater, and cut the pepper into strips.
Add the chopped garlic and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the workpiece and leave to infuse for 3-4 hours.
Place the cucumbers tightly in sterilized jars.
Sterilize them for another 15 minutes and roll them up.
