Ingredients

  • Plums (thorns) – 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1,5 kg
  • Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 350 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the prunes in half, peel the seeds and place them in a deep saucepan.

Cover with sugar and leave for 2 hours. During this time, the fruits will release a lot of juice.

Add water, boil for 10 minutes and set aside for 1 hour.

Put the pan on the fire, add citric acid and boil for another 5 minutes.

Puree the mass with an immersion blender, heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes and roll up.
