The peculiarity of this recipe is the absence of any greens. Zucchini in Bulgarian is an excellent preparation that can be served with the main dish and just like that. The cooking process is surprisingly simple. I tell you about everything in order.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 kg
- Carrots - 150 g
- Onion (average) – 1 piece
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Water - 1,8 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the zucchini, carrots and peeled onion.
Boil water, add sugar, salt, black pepper and chopped vegetables.
Boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and insist for 30 minutes.
Fish out the vegetables with a slotted spoon and put them in prepared jars.
Pour vinegar into the remaining marinade, boil for 1 minute and pour into jars with vegetables.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
