- Cloudberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g

Wash the cloudberries and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Cover the dry berries with sugar and put them aside for 4-5 hours.
Drain the resulting liquid into a separate saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
Put cloudberries in jars. Shake several times to make the berries lie down more tightly.
Pour boiling syrup and roll up.
