Ingredients
- Milk - 1 l
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Champignons - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Nutmeg (ground) – 0.25 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the champignons and cut them into small pieces.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and continue cooking until the moisture evaporates.
Pour water and milk into a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Set aside some mushrooms for decoration, pour the rest into a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender, add the melted cheese and warm it over low heat for another 5 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with ground nutmeg and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
When serving, garnish the soup with fried mushrooms.
