When it comes to winter preparations, I always prefer to mix a few basic ingredients. For example, zucchini with apples. It turns out delicious, healthy and original. And there are also a minimum of calories in such a snack. Where do they come from in apples and zucchini?
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 kg
- Apples - 700 g
- Bell pepper - 700 g
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Sugar - 250 g
- Salt - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Vinegar - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put tomatoes through a meat grinder, bring to a boil and add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Boil for 5 minutes and add the chopped zucchini, pepper and apples.
Cook everything together for another 45 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 10 minutes.
Roll the blank into sterilized jars.
