Ingredients
- Boiled sausage (doctoral) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Green peas (canned) – 200 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley (for decoration) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the sausage, eggs, potatoes, cucumbers, onions and carrots into small cubes.
Wash the peas under running water and dry them lightly on a paper towel.
Mix potatoes, peas, eggs, sausage, cucumbers, onions and carrots in a deep bowl.
Add salt, ground black pepper and mayonnaise. Gently stir with a spoon so that the vegetables do not crumple.
Put the salad on a nice plate and garnish with parsley leaves.
