Such mushrooms can be added to salads and served as a snack. Pickled aspen mushrooms turn out delicious and very fragrant! During the pre-cooking process, keep an eye on the water: if it is very dirty, change it again.
Ingredients
- Podosinoviki - 3 kg
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Vinegar - 250 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 150 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the aspen leaves and rinse thoroughly.
Pour cold water and boil for 5 minutes.
Change the water, add a little salt and cook for another 20 minutes.
Put the mushrooms in a colander and leave to drain.
In a large saucepan, mix water, sugar, salt and spices.
Boil for 3 minutes, add the aspens and cook for another 5 minutes after boiling.
Pour in the vinegar, remove the pan from the heat and put it in the prepared jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
