The popular salad is made from rather mediocre ingredients. An appetizing dressing gives it a special taste, and today I will tell you how to cook it. The classic Caesar salad sauce includes anchovies. They cannot be excluded or replaced.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Anchovies - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mustard - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 180 ml
- Lemon juice - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break the eggs into the prepared container.
Add mustard, butter and whisk until smooth.
Add salt, garlic passed through the press and continue to beat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped anchovies and lemon juice. Thoroughly chop the workpiece with a blender.
Grate the parmesan, pour it into the sauce and turn on the blender for another 2 minutes.
