A great option for a low-calorie snack that will appeal to everyone who counts calories. Prepare a white lean sauce and serve it with vegetables, celery stalks or thin pita bread. It can be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than two days.

Ingredients

  • Aquafaba (pickle from canned peas) – 150 ml
  • Corn oil - 150 ml
  • Lemon - half
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

In the prepared container, mix aquafaba, corn oil, lemon juice, pepper, sugar and salt.

Beat with a mixer on high speed until the sauce becomes thick.

Add the garlic passed through the press and mix well again.
