How to make a meal even more delicious? Of course, add the original sauce! This time I propose to surprise the household with an exquisite sauce of pear, ginger and mustard. It is supposed to be cooked in a day, because it should be infused for a day.
Ingredients
- Pear (large) – 2 pieces
- Mustard - 3 art.l.
- Wine (white) – 150 ml
- Honey - 2 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears in half, peel the seeds and peel.
Cut the flesh of the pears into small cubes and place in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add sugar, wine and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. If necessary, you can add a little boiled water.
Mash the mass with a pusher or grind with an immersion blender.
Add vinegar, mustard, spices and honey. Stir and warm the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, without bringing it to a boil.
