Step-by-step cooking recipe

Squeeze the juice from 2.5 kg of tomatoes in any way.

Bring it to a boil, add sugar, salt and spices, and boil for 10 minutes.

Arrange whole tomatoes and garlic in sterilized jars.

Pour vinegar into boiling tomato juice.

Pour the tomatoes and sterilize the jars for another 15 minutes.

Roll them up for the winter.
