It is very important to thoroughly marinate the lamb before cooking. Especially if you are going to make a barbecue. This is without exaggeration half of the success. I share an excellent recipe that is best suited to this type of meat.

Ingredients

  • Onion - 500 g
  • Garlic - 6 teeth
  • Olives - 1-2 handfuls
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Mineral water (carbonated) – 1 l
  • Spices and seasonings (for barbecue) – 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the onion into rings.

Mix the pieces of lamb with spices, onion, garlic and olives.

Add oil and mineral water, and mix again.
