Salsa is a traditional Mexican sauce made from chopped tomatoes with other vegetables and spices. But it is served not in the form of the usual liquid sauces, but rather in the form of a salad. I propose to combine Mexican traditions with European ones, and cook such an unusual fusion of mango and apples.
Ingredients
- Mango - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0,5 beam
- Chili pepper (optional) – 1 pod
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lime - 0,5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all vegetables and fruits, and cut into the same as small as possible cubes.
Chop the hot chili pepper if you want to make the salsa more spicy.
Finely chop the cilantro and mix all the ingredients.
Sprinkle the salad with fresh lime juice and season with olive oil and spices.
