Beef in any form is perfect for this salad. You can boil, bake or fry it, or just use a piece that was left over from cooking other dishes. The combination of meat with fresh vegetables is simply not unsuccessful.
Ingredients
- Beef (finished) – 300 g
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into thin slices, and cut the cherry in half.
Cut the onion into rings and add lettuce leaves or other greens.
Pepper the salad and season with olive oil.
