Do you want to make your favorite vinaigrette even tastier? Cook it with sausage. It turns out delicious with dairy, doctoral and boiled-smoked varieties. You can also use any other sausage according to your taste or mix several different ones.
Ingredients
- Beetroot (boiled) – 250 g
- Boiled sausage (doctoral) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Sauerkraut - 200 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel boiled potatoes, beets and carrots.
Put the green peas in a colander, rinse under running water and dry on a paper towel.
Cut sausage, boiled vegetables and pickles into small cubes.
In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, sausage, beets, cucumbers, carrots and green peas.
Add sauerkraut, salt, vegetable oil and gently mix everything with a spoon.
Put the vinaigrette on a nice plate and serve to the table.
