Ingredients
- Green Lentils (boiled) – 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Garnet (grains) – 1 glass
- Feta - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, green onions and peeled onions.
Mix lentils, both types of onions, pomegranate seeds and tomatoes in a bowl.
Add olive oil, salt and crumbled feta with your fingers.
Mix the salad, put it on a nice plate and serve.
