Have you ever tried olivier with an apple? Fix it soon! Apples interestingly complement vegetables and sausage with a pleasant sourness. And if the variety is too sweet at hand, just add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Olivier will turn out what you need!
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage (dairy) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 1 bank
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Apples (sweet and sour variety) – 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for decoration) – handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut potatoes, carrots, eggs, cucumbers, apple and sausage into small cubes.
Flip the green peas into a colander, rinse under running water and lightly dry on a paper towel.
Mix peas, sausage, eggs, potatoes, apple, carrots and cucumbers in a deep bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Put the olivier on a serving plate, garnish with green peas and herbs.
