From any, even the most unusual berries, you can make a wonderful homemade jam. For example, I share my favorite recipe for harvesting red cherry. It's easy, simple and short-lived, and the unusual taste will definitely appeal to the household.
Ingredients
- Bird cherry (red) – 1.2 kg
- Sugar - 900 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In advance, cut off the cherry from the twigs, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Rub the mass through a sieve, bring it to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
