Salads with crab sticks are frequent dishes on any holiday. I propose to abandon the usual recipes and cook today this very tasty and light version of the salad. You can fill it with sour cream, mayonnaise or a mixture of them.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – half a can
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Dill - 3 twigs
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, cucumbers and dill.
Rinse the salad, shake off excess water and tear it with your hands.
Put the canned green peas in a colander and rinse under running water.
Mix crab sticks, cucumbers, dill, peas, salad leaves and salt.
In a separate container, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and add to the salad.
Mix gently and you can serve the finished salad to the table.
