Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1.5 kg
- Redheads - 1.5 kg
- Onion - 200 g
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Tomato paste - 150 ml
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the ginger for 15 minutes in boiling water and chop.
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry them in oil for 7 minutes.
Chop the cabbage, add a little water and bring to a boil.
Add the roast, mushrooms and other ingredients, except vinegar.
Simmer the hodgepodge for an hour on low heat. Pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterilized jars.
