Imagine a snack, the very aroma of which makes your mouth water! This is not fiction, but reality! Cook cucumbers in tomato juice with garlic for the winter, and you will struggle with the desire to eat everything at once. Well, they turn out to be very tasty!
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2,5 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Tomato juice - 2 l
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1,5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put spices and cucumbers in jars.
Boil the tomato juice, add sugar, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Boil for 2 minutes and pour into jars with cucumbers.
Sterilize for 15 minutes, carefully remove and add a little vinegar to each jar.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
