Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 500 g
- Rice flour - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pcs.
- Sugar substitute - 7 g
- Coconut oil (refined) – for frying
- Berries - for submission
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, egg and ¾ of flour, add sugar substitute, mix well.
Form cheesecakes: roll up small balls and lightly press down on both sides. Roll the cheesecakes in the remaining rice flour.
Fry the cheesecakes under the lid in coconut oil on both sides until golden brown. Ready-made cheesecakes are served with honey and fresh berries.
