Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Condensed milk - 350 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Flour - 1,5 glasses
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy foam.
Continuing to beat, pour in condensed milk and melted butter.
Add vanilla essence and flour mixed with baking powder. Gently mix with a spatula.
Cover the split form with parchment paper, lay out the dough and bake for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Depending on the diameter of the mold, the cooking time may vary.
Remove the finished biscuit from the mold and place it on the grill to cool.
