Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Champignons - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Cut chicken fillet, mushrooms, peeled onion and bell pepper.
Fry the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes.
In a separate frying pan, fry the chicken fillet until tender.
Mix the funchosa, bell pepper, fried mushrooms and chicken fillet.
In a separate container, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, spices and garlic passed through a press.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
