If you have heard the aroma of dried mushrooms, then you can probably imagine how delicious soup turns out from them. Cooking it is not difficult at all. The main thing is to follow all the recommendations in this recipe!
Ingredients
- Dried mushrooms (assorted) – 100 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 60 g
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Black Pepper - 2 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mushrooms under running water and soak in 2 liters of cold water for 1.5 hours.
Peel potatoes, onions and garlic, chop.
Strain the mushroom infusion, add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil over low heat. Boil for 5 minutes.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Add mushrooms, black pepper and peas and fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
In a saucepan with boiling broth, pour the potatoes, roast and bay leaf. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.
Add salt, squeeze garlic through a press, sprinkle with chopped parsley and turn off. Infuse the finished soup under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
