Ingredients
- Cream (20-30%) – 500 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Gelatin - 8 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 pack.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak gelatin in cold water to swell.
Combine cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and immediately add to the gelatin. Mix well.
Strain the resulting mass through a sieve and cool to room temperature.
Pour the mass into molds or small cups and send it to the refrigerator to solidify for 4-5 hours.
Ready-made panna cotta can be served, garnished with mint, fruit or sweet sauce from your favorite berries - both in portioned transparent cups, and pre-removed from the molds on a plate.
