Ingredients
- Egg whites - 5 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 90 g
- Corn Starch - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Strawberries (for decoration) – 200 g
- Mint (for decoration) – 3 twigs
- Walnuts (for decoration) – handful
- Cream - 200 ml
- Powdered sugar - 2 art.l.
- Mascarpone - 250 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, whisk the cooled whites to sharp peaks.
Add powdered sugar, corn starch, vinegar and continue whipping for another 4 minutes. The mass should be dense and shiny.
Transfer the whipped whites into a pastry bag and place the small cakes on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Shape it so that a small depression remains in the center of each.
Send the dessert to the oven preheated to 130 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 90 degrees and cook for another 40 minutes. As soon as the cakes become slightly creamy in color, it's time to take them out.
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer until thickened.
Add powdered sugar, mascarpone and whisk for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the resulting mass into a pastry bag and fill the cooled blanks with cream.
Add strawberry slices, chopped nuts and mint on top.
