If you like candy with nuts, you can even make them at home. They will also be quite high in calories, but much more useful than any store. This is a very tasty dessert and at the same time a good healthy snack. I share my favorite recipe with almonds and sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- Dried apricots - 150 g
- Raisins - 80 g
- Dates - 150 g
- Fig - 80 g
- Walnuts - 80 g
- Almonds - 100 g
- Sesame - 100 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak all dried fruits for a couple of minutes, dry and grind in a blender until smooth.
Chop the walnuts into flour and send them there, mix everything together. Add cinnamon.
Form candies and press into each one a grain of almonds.
Roll the candies in sesame seeds and let them freeze in the refrigerator.
