Ingredients
- Rice flour - 100 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Water - 180 ml
- Corn Starch - 30 g
- Mascarpone - 120 g
- Food Coloring (gel) – 2-3 drops
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, sugar and dye.
Add rice flour and knead the dough until smooth.
Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power. Or boil until thickened over medium heat, stirring.
Let the dough cool, divide into pieces and roll out into tortillas on a starch-dusted surface.
Put mascarpone on each and pinch the edges.
Put the mochi in the refrigerator for half an hour.
