Whisk cookies with butter in a blender and thoroughly tamp the base into a mold.

Separately whisk all other ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.

Pour the curd mass onto the base.

Wrap the mold with foil so that it does not leak, and put it in a deep large bowl with water.

Cook the cheesecake for about 80 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.

Let it cool in the oven turned off with the door ajar.

Tighten the dessert with a film and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
