Vegan recipes of favorite dishes are good not only for those who adhere to a diet or fasting, but also just for a change when you want something new. I often experiment with different desserts. For example, catch a wonderful vegan tiramisu.
Ingredients
- Cookies (lean) – 80 g
- Coconut milk (or cream) – 150 ml
- Yogurt (oatmeal, thick) – 125 ml
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.l.
- Coffee (espresso) – 120 ml
- Cocoa - 1-2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix coconut cream and thick oatmeal dessert. Add sugar to taste. If the cream is too thin, add a spoonful of gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
Dip the cookies in espresso and put a layer in the mold.
Pour the cream. Repeat the layers until the end of the ingredients.
Sprinkle the last layer of cocoa cream, and remove the tiramisu for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
