Today we are preparing a healthy dessert from natural products. The recipe uses 200 g of sugar, but it can be replaced with honey or not added at all. In any case, the plum pastille, cooked at home, will turn out fragrant and delicious.
Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 1 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the cherry plum in a saucepan, add water and boil for 15 minutes.
Rub the soft fruits through a sieve to get rid of the peel and seeds.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar and boil for 25-30 minutes.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with vegetable oil.
Put the fruit puree in a layer of about 0.5 cm and put it in the oven for 6 hours, preheated to 65 degrees.
Separate the finished pastille from the paper, cut it and roll it into tubes.
