Ingredients
- Cranberries - 400 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cranberries with a blender and grind through a sieve if desired.
Add sugar and boil the puree for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
Lay it out in a thin layer on the oiled trays of the dryer.
Dry the pastille for about 6 hours at 50 degrees.
