Peel cucumbers, cut into large pieces.
Cut the apples into four pieces, chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Place both blanks in a blender bowl, add sugar, anise and grind until smooth.
Put the resulting puree on the drying trays with a layer of 5-8 mm. Dry at 55 degrees for 8 hours.
Carefully separate the finished pastille, cut it and roll it into tubes.
