PP cake Ginger
Today we have a Ginger cake according to the PP plan. We will cook it with honey, stevia, rice flour and other useful products. The dessert will turn out to be no worse than the original, and in many respects it will even exceed its quality characteristics.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Shake the eggs lightly with stevia, salt and liquid honey, put them in a water bath.
While the mass is warming up, beat it with a mixer at medium speed.
Put the bowl on the table, pour in the soda, mix and wait for the reaction to finish.
Add flour in small portions and mix. As a result, the dough should be thick and elastic.
Divide the dough into 6-8 parts, form balls, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out a thin cake from each billet, transfer to a covered baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Fry one cake more than usual, put it on a board and mash it with a rolling pin.
Rub the yolks with starch and vanilla.
Pour in half of the milk and mix until smooth.
Mix the remaining milk with stevia and bring to a boil over low heat.
Continuously stirring, pour in a thin stream of the workpiece with the yolks. Boil until the desired density.
Assemble the PP cake Ginger, smearing the cakes with cooled cream.
Brush the top with the remnants of the cream and sprinkle with the prepared crumbs. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
