Without sugar, dyes and other harmful components — this is how keto marshmallows are prepared. According to the recipe, a little red berries are added. Most often these are raspberries, strawberries and red currants. Apple pectin is used as a stabilizer.
Ingredients
- Egg whites - 2 pieces
- Berries (red) – 1 glass
- Stevia - 1 tsp.
- Pectin - 10 g
- Water (boiled) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the berries in a blender, and then rub through a sieve.
Boil the resulting puree over low heat for 5-7 minutes. The mass should thicken slightly.
In a separate bowl, mix stevia, pectin and warm water.
Pour into the berry puree, mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
Add the egg whites and whisk well.
Put the resulting mass in a pastry bag, put on a special nozzle. Put the marshmallows on parchment paper and dry for 24 hours at room temperature.
