This is a very interesting salad that can be served warm or cold. Without smoked sausage, it would be more of a side dish, but with it – a full-fledged independent dish. Just choose rice that does not boil.
Ingredients
- Fig - 120 g
- Smoked sausage - 180 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in olive oil.
Boil the rice until tender, add to the onion and mix.
Season the rice with soy sauce, add turmeric and paprika.
Chop the cherry, pepper and herbs. Chop the sausage and mix the salad.
