Sour cream is the very homemade cake that everyone cooks in different ways. I also have several recipes that are completely different from each other, and I want to share one of them with you today. This is a shortbread sour cream, which in its essence slightly resembles a cheesecake.
Ingredients
For the base:
- Butter - 200 g
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 1.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 cup
For filling:
- Sour cream (bold) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate cold butter on a grater.
Add the remaining ingredients and quickly knead the dough.
Roll it out into a thin layer and lay the base of the sour cream in the mold. Make high sides of dough.
Beat all the filling ingredients with a mixer.
Pour on the base and bake the sour cream in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let it cool down a little in a closed oven turned off.
